Terms And Conditions of Hire

I agree to ensure that:

• The hall will be left in a clean and tidy condition
• The hall will only be used by invitation from me.

Before leaving the Hall after use, we will check that:

• All doors and windows are locked and secure
• All internal lights and heating are switched off
• All kitchen appliances are turned off and left safe after use.

Insurance and indemnity

You are liable for:
The cost of repair of any damage done to any part of the premises or its contents.

Emergency Incident

In the event of an emergency, the appropriate authorities will be notified as well as the Management Committee ie Police, Fire, Ambulance.
